Q. How can I pay online at Fraser Stays
A. You can pay via PayPal or Credit card. If you wish to pay via bank deposit either do so through PayPal or contact us to make a phone booking.
Q. Is my online transaction secure?
A. Fraser Stays uses secure SSL to ensure a secure connection between us and you, we also do not store any credit card details for your safety.
A. Simply enter your preferred dates on the right or on the Book Now page and select your accommodation then follow the prompts.
Q. Do I need a vehicle permit to visit Fraser Island?
A. Yes, all vehicles must have a vehicle access permit to travel onto Fraser Island issued by Queensland Parks and Wildlife services. Click here for more information.
Q. What is the bedding configuration of the houses?
A. All houses have two Queen beds and two single beds.
A. We have a non-refundable deposit policy however you may choose to rebook on an alternate available date within 6 months at the discretion of management. You may not rebook on an alternative date if the cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival.
Q. What do I need to pay when I book?
A. You must pay a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The balance of payment must be made at least 14 days prior to your arrival date. If bookings are made within 14 days of arrival then the full amount must be made at the time of booking.
Q. Do I need a four wheel drive?
A. Yes, Fraser Island can only be accessed by four wheel drive, you can however hire a four wheel drive from one of the many hire companies that service Fraser Island.
A. Unfortunately no, no animals may be brought onto Fraser Island.
