It features uninterrupted views of the ocean across its entire eastern frontage, including the lounge, master bedroom and veranda. The property has a fully equipped kitchen with granite bench tops and a spacious living/dining area. It has all the modern conveniences of dishwasher, large refrigerator, microwave, washing machine and dryer, ceiling fans and flat screen TV. As part of the Fraser Island Beach Houses Resort Complex owners and guests have access to facilities including a pool, heated spa, barbeque area and playground. The Resort is all within a dingo safe fenced area.
